MedLink acquires LabTestPortal

MedLink has acquired LabTestPortal, a direct-to-consumer laboratory testing platform, for an undisclosed amount.

Via LabTestPortal,consumers are able to track their lab testing results as well as store healthcare documents and information and receive results, according to New York-based MedLink.

The acquisition provides MedLink with an entry into the direct-to-consumer laboratory testing market which has gained traction in the U.S. laboratory testing market, Medlink added.
