Insight acquires eight Southwest imaging centers

Diagnostic imaging provider Insight Imaging has completed the previously announced acquisitions of eight imaging centers in the Phoenix, El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico areas.

The imaging centers were acquired from subsidiaries of independent outpatient imaging facility operators MedQuest and Novant Health, said Lake Forest, Calif.-based Insight.

Insight also completed the previously announced sale of mobile imaging assets to an affiliate of MedQuest and Novant Health.
