Diversinet appoints Eidinger to board of directors

Diversinet, a developer of server security software, has appointed Richard Eidinger, MD, to its board of directors.

Eidinger has held an executive position with Aetna Health Plans and currently is a partner in the life sciences practice of leadership-consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles in the U.S., according to the Toronto-based company.
