RSNA: TeraMedica updates Evercore, Univision platforms
TeraMedica (Booth 2901) is previewing updates to Evercore - Health Imaging Exchange Version 5.3, along with enhancements to its data management and advanced visualization technologies, at the annual conference of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago, Nov. 28 to Dec. 2.
The company is presenting Evercore - Health Imaging Exchange Version 5.3, a multi-node, centralized architecture for the enterprise imaging domain. Evercore’s foundation imaging application is now packaged and deployed in collaboration with a master patient index and incorporated with an enterprise service bus platform. Along with the WAN architecture changes, the service oriented architecture updates are provided via a native access and management approach or standards-based approach made possible by the inclusion of XDS/XDSi.
Also, TeraMedica is introducing its Evercore - Smartstore International Version 5.2 – Multi-Language Support Platform, which builds on the patented technology resident within the Smartstore module of Evercore.
Finally, Univision – Mobile is now available on Apple iPad, delivering a virtual health imaging exchange, the company said. In addition, Univision – Mobile now supports other available slate platforms, such as Dell Streak. Mobile users use the Univision viewer to access and view stored digital clinical data: PDF files, video files, JPEG and TIFF images, as well as listen to sound files remotely and in the provider setting.
