St. Josephs goes live with Sectra RIS
Toronto's St. Joseph's Health Center has completed its migration and installation of Sectra RIS, which is integrated with several St. Joseph's departments and loaded with report turnaround time tracking software.
St. Joseph's diagnostic imaging department, which performs 160,000 yearly imaging procedures, has agreed to a five-year contract with Sectra, the company reported. The migration to the Sectra RIS included three million records, with Sectra developing interfaces to connect the imaging department to cardiology, admissions, discharge and other hospital systems, Linköping, Sweden-based Sectra said. Sectra PACS has already been installed at St. Joseph's.
Sectra develops IT systems and products for radiology, mammography and orthopedics.
