Medicalis acquires radiology productivity venture

Radiology IT company Medicalis has acquired RadWorkFlow, a joint venture between radiology service providers Inland Imaging, based in Spokane, Wash., and Providence Health Care, based in Portland, Ore.

The offering enables the connection of multiple PACS, RIS and EHRs across distributed enterprises, via Medicalis’ productivity platform, according to the San Francisco-based company. Medicalis will showcase the technology at the RSNA 96th annual meeting, Nov. 28 – Dec. 3, in Chicago (Booth 4050).
