ISS Solutions acquires STATServices division of XRI

ISS Solutions has acquired the Strategic Asset Technology Services (STATServices) Division of XRI.

STATServices executive Frank Rubino joins ISS Solutions as regional vice president, Northeast, where he will focus on growth and service in the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. ISS Solutions and XRI have also signed a collaboration agreement and the two companies will work together to deliver biomedical and imaging services to healthcare providers in New England.

The acquisition of Warwick, R.I.-based STATServices supports ISS Solutions’ strategy to expand its service area throughout the Eastern U.S. The company currently serves clients in 22 states from Minnesota to Maine to Maryland, according to the Langhorne, Pa.-based provider of technology lifecycle management platforms, a Geisinger Health System company.
