In this session, panel moderator Mary Logan, will use a Q&A format with panelists David Muntz and Stuart Gardner to discuss how to build a successful partnership that is a win-win for everyone, and will make project implementation much more successful for the healthcare organization. Specific examples will be provided to help attendees see what success looks like, and attendees will go home with tools and ideas to help re-assess their own organizational structure, project management, and workflow.
