McKesson locks N.J. PACS install

Saint Barnabas Health Care System in New Jersey has chosen to replace its PACS with McKesson’s Horizon Medical Imaging in an initiative to integrate systems across departments.

Saint Barnabas, a network of acute care centers, children’s hospitals and outpatient facilities, will replace its multiple legacy imaging IT systems with McKesson’s Horizon PACS, which will integrate patient imaging and data across the system’s facilities and departments. McKesson develops health IT products and is based in San Francisco.
