Dutch hospital selects Sectra PACS

Zuwe Hofpoort Ziekenhuis has chosen Sectra as its PACS provider.

The Woerden, Netherlands-based hospital has leveraged Sectra PACS since 2005 under another brand. Under the new agreement, Sectra will upgrade the existing PACS and provide direct service and support.

The upgrade will further enhance workflow by allowing pre-fetching of images, reducing the amount of manual retrievals. This is achieved through brokerless RIS/PACS integration, according to the Linköping, Sweden-based IT and medical technology company.
