RadNet to provide radiology services to Kern Valley Healthcare District

RadNet has agreed to provide radiology services to Lake Isabella, Calif.-based Kern Valley Healthcare District.

Daytime coverage will be provided by Truxtun Radiology, RadNet’s group in Bakersfield, with Michael Edelstein, MD, serving as medical director. After-hours coverage will be provided by RadNet’s Imaging On Call teleradiology subsidiary.

RadNet’s technology subsidiary, eRAD, is providing PACS with a cloud-based strategy allowing image and report storage at an off-site location.
