UC San Francisco ranked first for radiology residency

The University of California at San Francisco was ranked as the top radiology residency program by Doximity, a physician network company, and U.S. News & World Report.

The radiology residency programs of Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston and Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital/St. Louis Children's Hospital Consortium in St. Louis were ranked second and third, respectively.

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Program led rankings for radiology oncology residency programs, followed by the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School Program and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Program.

John Hopkins University Program was ranked first for nuclear medicine residency programs. Washington University/B-JH/SLCH Consortium placed second followed by Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

The rankings were based on “comprehensive national evaluation” and a physician survey. Full rankings are available through Residency Navigator, a new online tool from Doximity and U.S. News and World Report.
