Imaging Advantage acquires BRIT Systems

Imaging Advantage, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based radiology services company, has acquired Dallas-based BRIT Systems.

Under the agreement, BRIT Systems will provide Imaging Advantage with PACS, workstations and teleradiology systems, as well as a development team to support Imaging Advantage’s operations.

Imaging Advantage offers BRIT Systems a market for their tools and radiology consultants to provide guidance on product improvements, according to the companies.

“[Imaging Advantage’s] team will collaborate with BRIT to develop, test and implement cost effective solutions to meet new regulatory requirements while increasing departmental efficiencies and better serving physicians and patients,” said Shelly Fisher, President of BRIT, in a press release.
