Toshiba taps Donald Fowler as VP

Toshiba America Medical Systems has named Donald L. Fowler as the company’s new general manager and senior vice president, putting him in charge of sales, marketing and finance.

Previously serving as vice president for MR at Siemens Medical Solutions, Fowler’s new role with Toshiba will focus on driving the company’s growth and leading its sales, marketing, service, finance, HR and IT segments.

Fowler has also held positions in business development, global marketing and sales, and has worked in both CT and ultrasound, according to Tustin, Calif.-based Toshiba, which develops diagnostic imaging devices.
