Alliance Imaging CFO Ord to retire

Kenneth S. Ord will retire as executive vice president and CFO of Alliance Imaging Inc., effective July 1.

Ord has served in those positions with the Anaheim, Calif.-based medical imaging services providers since November 1998. He also served as senior vice president, CFO and secretary from January 1998 to November 1998.

Alliance Imaging will begin an immediate search for a new CFO. Ord plans to assist in the transition of his duties to his successor.

Alliance provides imaging services primarily to hospitals and other healthcare providers on a shared and full-time service basis, in addition to operating a number of free-standing imaging centers.
