CFO Barbieri departs TriZetto

Bob Barbieri, the TriZetto Group’s chief financial officer (CFO), has departed the company for personal reasons.

The Newport Beach, Calif.-based TriZetto said that Barbieri’s departure is not a result of any disagreement with the company and has initiated a search for a new CFO.

In the interim, the company said that the CFO’s office will continue to drive day-to-day activities. TriZetto also said that its board of directors has appointed Carl Long, its corporate controller, as the principal accounting officer.

“TriZetto’s management team and the board of directors thank Bob for his contributions and wish him continued success in his future ventures,” said Jeff Margolis, TriZetto’s chairman and CEO.
