dbMotion appoints McClennen as president, North America

dbMotion, a provider of healthcare information integration software, has appointed Peter A. McClennen as president of the company’s North American sector.
 
According to dbMotion, McClennen spent the past three years as the president and chief operating officer for AMICAS. Prior to that, he served GE Healthcare as the global general manager of the imaging informatics worldwide business unit and its general manager of global marketing.

Before entering the vendor space, McClennen spent nine years in healthcare management at hospitals and ambulatory facilities, where he was responsible for leading clinical operations, information technology and business development, dbMotion said.
