Dynamic Imaging taps Leontiev

Dynamic Imaging has named Andrei Leontiev, MSCS, as project leader, information systems and interoperability. The newly created role will assist in developing healthcare and imaging IT systems designed to complement Dynamic Imaging's IntegradWeb PACS.

Leontiev joins Dynamic Imaging with more than seven years of healthcare informatics development experience.  Most recently, he was an independent informatics consultant.  Prior to this, he served as a systems integration architect for IDEX Systems Corp.

Leontiev also served as chairman of DICOM Working Group 6 from 2000 to 2003 and was co-chairperson for IHE Radiology Technical Committee from 2000 to 2002.  He also co-chaired IHE IT Infrastructure Technical Committee in 2003.  He is currently one of 40 members of the IHE Radiology Planning Committee working to improve patient outcomes through better integration and interoperability of disparate healthcare IT solutions.
