Hx Technologies adds to its board

Hx Technologies Inc., a provider of radiology utilization management systems and health information exchanges, has announced the appointment of David J. Lenihan to the company’s Board of Directors.
   
Lenihan is a founder and CEO of CareGain, whose platform powers the consumer directed health (CDH) products of CIGNA, Blue Bank, NASCO, HealthNet, Mayo Clinic Health Plan and others. He led CareGain from inception in 2001 until its sale to Fiserv Health in January 2006.  Lenihan continues to serve as CEO of what is now an operating company of Fiserv Health, which provides integrated health plan management, claims processing, and administration services for self-funded medical, dental, vision and disability plans.
