iCAD appoints new CFO

Computer-aided detection developer iCAD announced that Darlene M. Deptula-Hicks has been executive vice president of finance and CFO. Deptula-Hicks has more than 25 years experience in financial management positions in the medical device and high-tech sectors. Deptula-Hicks has served as executive VP and CFO and treasurer of ONI Medical Systems, a venture-capital-backed designer and manufacturer of high-field diagnostic imaging systems. Previous to ONI, she served in the same capacity at Implant Sciences Corporation, an early-stage medical device.
