IDC hires new management; COO resigns

Imaging Dynamics Company (IDC) has announced that Karim Teja, chief operating officer (COO), has resigned for personal reasons, effective Oct. 31. Teja will maintain a consulting role to facilitate an orderly transition, the company said.

IDC has named Michael Shannon as senior vice president of operations and Kevin Meyers as vice president of operations.

Shannon has experience in production, manufacturing, regulatory and product development. Previously, he was employed by Nortel, according to the Calgary, Alberta-based firm.

Meyers’ experiences lie in product manufacturing and supply chain strategy. Most recently, he was VP of operations at BW Technologies, the company said.
