Leidal joins Carestream as CIO

Bruce Leidal has joined Carestream Health as chief information officer (CIO).

He has become a member of the company’s senior leadership team, reporting to CEO Kevin J. Hobert. As CIO, Leidal will lead the company’s global IT organization by focusing on building a more efficient and effective IT organization, streamlining processes and reducing costs, according to Carestream.

Previously, Leidal served as CIO for Hayes Lemmerz International, an automotive supplier headquartered in Northville, Mich. He also held leadership positions at Systems Thinking, General Motors, Federal-Mogul and AT Kearney/EDS Management Consulting, the company said.
