Medsphere, Keane join forces

Medsphere Systems, an Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based developer of EMR systems and Keane, a San Ramon, Calif.-based developer of revenue-cycle management software, have formed a strategic partnership to provide healthcare enterprises with integrated clinical and financial software.

The alliance will leverage Medsphere's OpenVista EHR platform and Keane's EZ-Access Patcom revenue-cycle management application for hospitals, according to the companies.
