NightHawk appoints Sankaran as CFO, senior VP

NightHawk Radiology Holdings has appointed David Sankaran as senior vice president (VP) and chief financial officer (CFO).

Prior to joining NightHawk, Sankaran was senior VP and CFO of Accelrys, where he drove improvements in its financial performance through cost realignment and streamlining of product lines, according to the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho-based NightHawk.

The company said that Sankaran also served in various executive financial management roles, including VP and corporate controller of Ocular Sciences, as well as VP of investor relations, VP of finance and global operations at PeopleSoft.
