Vital showcases ViTAL Enterprise

Vital Images demonstrated the features of its new ViTAL Enterprise product at the recent 2008 Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) conference.

The ViTAL Enterprise offering provides customers with full access to Vital Images' clinical solutions and comprehensive services, including education, consulting and maintenance, the company said. It has the flexibility to scale to the size of the customer's enterprise by providing access to the complete ViTAL solution based on unlimited users or concurrent users. Additionally, the ViTAL Enterprise offers customers the ability to license the solution through capital or subscription pricing.

The firm also reported that it had surpassed the milestone of 3,000 customers, approximately 5,000 installations and thousands more users worldwide of its advanced visualization software solutions. It said that the ViTAL Enterprise product is available to the company's worldwide installed base of these customers.
