Zecotek Medical changes name

Zecotek Medical Systems has changed its name to Zecotek Photonics.

Zecotek Photonics is a photonics technology company developing crystals, photo detectors, medical lasers, optical imaging and 3D display technologies for commercial applications in the medical diagnostics and high-technology industry.

The name change is to better reflect its industries and applications of the photonic product portfolio, according to the Vancouver, British Columbia-based firm.
