Zonare hires Marcotte as VP, CFO

Zonare Medical Systems, a developer of ultrasound systems and technology, has appointed Timothy Marcotte as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

According to Mountain View, Calif.-based Zonare, Marcotte has more than 20 years of finance and operating experience primarily in the healthcare industry.

Previously, he served as CFO and vice president of finance and administration at VNUS Medical Technologies, and prior to that, as chief operating officer and CFO of Repeater Technologies, Zonare said.
