Imaging On Call acquires NightVision Radiology

Teleradiology provider Imaging On Call has acquired NightVision Radiology of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, increasing its roster of physicians to 31 radiologists serving U.S. hospitals and radiology practices.

The financial terms were not disclosed. Imaging On Call said it expects to combine operations by July.

“We are excited to partner with an organization that has built its reputation using a quality first approach. It complements the IOC strategic goal to continue to grow while providing superior patient care among hospitals and radiology practices nationwide,” said Brian Phelan, CEO of Imaging On Call. “The combination of Imaging On Call and NightVision provides our customers with a broader range of coverage in all sub-specialties of radiology 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”

The additional radiologists will expand coverage hours and provide customers with quality services in a timely manner, according to the Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based Imaging On Call.
