FDA clears KJAYA advanced viz solution

KJAYA Medical has received FDA 510(k) clearance for VoXcell, a thin client image distribution and visualization solution that enables real-time viewing.

VoXcell allows physicians to stream 2D axial slices and 3D reconstructions to their desktop or mobile PC that can access a cable, DSL or cellular broadband internet connection, the company said.

The Stamford, Conn.-based KJAYA said its VoXcell delivers diagnostic quality images interactively to any physician in real time, regardless of the PC or internet connection.
