GE Healthcare to educate physicians, administrators on MRI benefits

GE Healthcare plans to host a two-day collaborative workshop April 22-23 in an effort to help educate hospital administrators nationwide on the benefits of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging.

During the seminar, GE Healthcare’s president and CEO, Joe Hogan, and leaders from various hospitals and medical centers around the country will discuss the clinical benefits of MR technology, industry trends and advanced applications that can help physicians diagnose a wide range of diseases within a community hospital.

“The primary objective of this event is to further the dialogue between existing users of MR technology and those interested in implementing the technology in their facilities,” Hogan said.
