Matrox Xenia technology bundled with MeDiSol medical displays

MeDiSol, a division of Rein EDV, is bundling QUBYX PerfectLum calibration software–including support for Matrox Xenia digital luminance correction technology–with MeDiSol ViewMedic displays.

According to the Montreal-based Matrox, MeDiSol ViewMedic displays have an integrated DICOM preset providing an accurate grayscale curve and medical approval, according to EN60601-1 and EN60601-1-2. Quality assurance monitoring and precise calibration provided via QUBYX PerfectLum software ensures that the displays continue to conform to medical standards such as DICOM, AAPM and DIN over time. Matrox Xenia Series display controller boards will correct discrepancies, resulting in more uniform luminance across the whole display.
