Agfa lands Canadian data storage install

Agfa HealthCare will be installing its medical imaging repository, the Impax Data Center 2.0, at Hospital Diagnostic Imaging Repository Services (HDIRS) in Toronto.

The technology will allow for study synchronization between HDIRS's Impax spoke facilities and its Impax Data Center hub, as well as IHE cross-enterprise document sharing and disaster recovery, said the Mortsel, Belgium-based company.
