Ala. hospital taps Novarad

Northwest Medical Center has selected Novarad as its PACS provider.

The Winfield, Ala.-based hospital chose NovaPACS because of its web-based PACS with voice annotation set sync, MIP/MPR, advanced hanging protocols and other capabilities, according to the American Fork, Utah-based provider of PACS, RIS, orthopedic, cardiology and mammography systems.

NovaPACS is one of the latest technologies that the hospital installed to help transition its imaging services to a completely digital environment.
