Arcadia Solutions acquires Concordant

Arcadia Solutions has entered an agreement to acquire Concordant, an e-health services firm in North Chelmsford, Mass., that assists healthcare organizations in planning, implementing and managing health IT infrastructure.

The company, operating as Arcadia Solutions, will provide a range of services for ambulatory care organizations in the U.S., according to Arcadia, a Burlington, Mass.-based healthcare consultancy and subsidiary of Marquette Technology Companies.
