DatCard, Fujifilm expand imaging sharing partnership

DatCard and Fujifilm Medical Systems are expanding their reseller alliance by combining Fujifilm’s Synapse PACS with DatCard’s Agilisys-AIX (Adaptive Image eXchange).

The collaboration will enable image sharing between authorized users over a secure internet connection via AIX cloud-based technology. The agreement will allow the upgrade of existing systems using Irvine, Calif.-based DatCard’s PacsCube CD delivery system and the combination of PacsCube with AIX will create a hybrid of both portable media (CDs/DVDs) and cloud-based image sharing technology.
