Nationwide Imaging sells service division to Atlas

Nationwide Imaging has sold its service division to Atlas Medical Technologies.

The deal was finalized for an undisclosed amount on June 30.

The acquisition of the Brick, N.J.-based Nationwide Imaging's service division will allow Atlas to increase its focus on MRI while continuing to provide service to CT customers, according to the Ontario, Calif.-based provider of imaging equipment, CT scanners, CT simulators and MRI systems.
