NovaRad introduces archive, data recovery service

NovaRad has introduced NovaVault, a vendor-neutral archive service, designed to provide on- and off-site storage and off-line disaster data recovery.

According to the American Fork, Utah-based company, the service is compatible with DICOM-compliant PACS and includes on-site storage in cases of failure of a primary PACS and off-site storage that includes DICOM query and data storage backup at NovaRad’s data center. It also includes a web-based administration console, management tools and referring physician option.
