PACSGear taps Rapaich as CEO

Eli Rapaich has joined PACSGear as its new CEO, succeeding PACSGear's co-founder Brian J. Cavanaugh, who will assume the role of chief operating officer. The new executive appointments are effective immediately.

Rapaich has served as vice president of sales at Philips Healthcare since 2005, according to the Pleasanton, Calif.-based PACSGear. Previously, he led sales at Stentor, which was acquired by Philips in 2005. Before joining Stentor in 2001, Rapaich held positions at Cemax-Icon and Acuson.
