ProStor appoints Kidd as new board member

Digital information storage provider ProStor Systems has appointed Jay Kidd to its board of directors.

Kidd, who is currently serving as senior vice president of the storage technologies group and product strategy and development at data storage and management company NetApp, will work with the existing board of directors in the development of near and longer-term strategies and programs, said the Boulder, Colo.-based company.
