RadCare taps Carestream for SuperPACS

RadCare has installed Carestream SuperPACS at three facilities.

The installation of Carestream SuperPACS at two hospitals in Florida and one in Texas will enable radiologists to share diagnostic images and consult with referring physicians and surgeons to form diagnoses and design treatment plans.

RadCare expects to have the new system installed at most of its affiliated hospital sites by the end of this year. The implementation of the Carestream system will also provide access to radiology subspecialists 24 hours a day, including neurological, musculoskeletal and pediatric radiologists, according to the Dallas-based provider of radiology services.
