RSNA: Softek helps correlate radiology, pathology data

Softek (Booth 7344) is introducing Softek Illuminate 3.0, which allows users to follow-up on unexpected findings, correlate exams with pathology findings and track physician ordering trends, at the annual conference of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago, Nov. 27 to Dec. 3.

Now vendor-neutral, Illuminate has expanded beyond its initial capability to instantly search, retrieve and bookmark any radiology study in PACS, as well as send and receive alerts related to any patient or condition. Additional functionality retrieves specific data for documentation and action; gathers and delivers business, physician or patient information and brings HL7 feeds and XDS-enabled documents into Illuminate.
