Trizetto buys outsourcing company Tela Sourcing
The TriZetto Group has acquired all of the voting stock of Tela Sourcing, a business process outsourcing (BPO) services company based in Baltimore.
Trizetto, of Greenwood Village, Colo., said it is expanding its BPO capabilities to meet new challenges and opportunities created by healthcare insurance reform.
The combined TriZetto BPO team will now have more than 700 professionals in the U.S. and India, tasked with delivering business rules configuration, front-end claims administration, enrollment and billing technology, Trizetto stated.
