First sale of IMCO's VisionPACS

Medsouth Healthcare, P.C. in Dyersburg, Tenn., has made the first purchase of the VisionPACS package from IMCO Technologies.
Buying a PACS can be a very expensive undertaking and yet the VisionPACS comes in at a level that gets Medsouth Healthcare's foot in the door, said David Alred, Administrator at Medsouth.

Medsouth Healthcare purchased the Premium system which is one of three systems that VisionPACS provides. While VisionPACS Standard has a separate archive and workstation, and the VisionPACS Basic system has combined the archive/workstation, the VisionPACS Premium is an upgrade because of the addition of web access, according to a release.
