Fuji signs 3-year Novation film deal

FujiFilm Medical Systems USA Inc. this week announced that it has inked a 3-year dual-source deal with Novation LLC, the healthcare contracting services company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC). The agreement includes Fuji’s complete line of film and imaging products and will begin in July with the option of two one-year extensions past the original contract period, the companies said.

“Fuji met our public bid process requirements for service and product capabilities, which we believe will help our members continue to receive quality products at cost effective terms,” said Larry Dooley, Novation vice president of Contract and Program Services. “We’re pleased to expand our relationship with Fuji and now offer their full continuum of products through Novation contracts at market-leading prices – from film to digital x-ray and PACS – ensuring that we provide our members with the best value.”
