Health Insights forms partnership with InterSystems

Health Insights, a healthcare systems developer, has signed a partnership agreement with InterSystems to deploy its MedicaPlus hospital and clinical information system on InterSystems’ Caché object database.

The partnership agreement, signed at the recent 2010 HIMSS Middle East Health IT Leadership Summit & Conference in Dubai, complements Health Insights’ local experience with InterSystems 24-7 World Wide Response Center to provide a support service, the Cambridge, Mass.-based InterSystems stated.

This partnership will more than double the installed base of healthcare information tools based on InterSystems’ software technologies in the Middle East, InterSystems added.
