Ohio facility goes live with GE Healthcare EMR

Marion General Hospital in Marion, Ohio, has implemented GE Healthcare’s Centricity Enterprise EMR technology under a remote hosted delivery model.

A member of the OhioHealth System, Marion General is using Centricity Enterprise’s remote hosted option, which turns over maintenance, upgrades and hardware support to GE’s technical and service teams, according to the company.

Centricity Enterprise will provide to Marion General a medical record assessment feature, enabling physicians to electronically manage and reconcile the patient record to allow for access to older patient records and turnaround of signature requirements, GE added.
