Staten Island University Hospital picks MedQuist's SpeechQ

Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) has announced the purchase and installation of MedQuist's SpeechQ for Radiology speech recognition software. The purchase is part of a two-year initiative to improve the hospital's RIS (radiology information system), said MedQuist.
   
Some of SpeechQ's features include a two-minute voice enrollment process which gives physicians full control of workflow, easy of use, and synchronized audio and text for efficient editing.
