Acceletronics, Radiology Oncology Systems to distribute patient monitoring system

BOSTON—Acceletronics, a distributor of radiotherapy equipment, and Radiology Oncology Systems, (ROS) an oncology and diagnostic imaging equipment sales company, have signed an exclusive distribution agreement with C-RAD Positioning AB, based in Uppsala, Sweden.

The Exton, Pa.-based Acceletronics and the San Diego-based ROS said that the C-Rad Sentinel is a device for surface contour localization and monitoring of the patient in the radiotherapy treatment process.

The C-RAD is being exhibited at the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) 50th annual meeting.

ROS and Acceletronics are engaged in an alliance that offers manufacturers of radiation therapy equipment, such as C-RAD, product distribution and service solution.
