InSiteOne inks contracts with Ultimate Medical and Force 3

InSiteOne Inc. has signed an agreement with Ultimate Medical Services of Lake Charles, La., for the sale of the InSiteOne product line throughout the U.S.

Concurrent with the agreement, Ultimate Medical will bundle InSiteOne's pay-as-you-go disaster recovery and other storage options with a line of PACS to create complete digital image management and archiving systems, and will sell them through both its direct and indirect sales channels. Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

In related news, Force 3 Inc. and InSiteOne, Inc. this week solidified a strategic alliance to provide joint products and services to the healthcare community. The new alliance allows Force 3 and InSiteOne to provide network assessments, security, image storage and other advanced technologies to a broad array of customers in healthcare.
