RamSoft rolls out PACS technology at Pennsylvania imaging centers

PACS and teleradiology software provider RamSoft Inc. has deployed its PowerServer PACS system at three imaging centers in Pittsburgh, Pa., operated by PresGar Companies.

PresGar Companies is a national provider of diagnostic imaging services, owning and operating over 45 multi-modality diagnostic imaging centers.

The deployment of Powersoft was coordinated by Cogent Medical Systems Inc., U.S. Sales Agent for RamSoft. Integration, installation, and ongoing support for the system will be provided by Comfort Enterprises of Birmingham, Ala., a systems integrator for RamSoft Products.

Additionally, RamSoft said the image management system was integrated with archive systems provided by InSite One Inc. of Wallingford, Conn.
